Parts of the horse
Your horse has a weird mark on him, and you call up the vet to ask about it. “It’s a big red spot on that part of his leg below the knobby joint. You know, the short part of the leg.” Just not going to work, is it? That’s why it’s very helpful to know all the parts of your horse! This video walks you through the names for all the common parts of the horse. Enjoy :D

I found this video very helpful, thanks a lot I have one question though, i often hear people talking about an ergot. What is that and where is it located? Thanks again!
An ergot is a small, callous-like knob at the back of a horse’s fetlock. It’s sort of like the chestnut on the insides of their legs.
I know this is off topic but can i use a numnahs instead of a saddle blanket on my horse
heyy great video but i where is the “lion” i hear people say it a lot around horses.
